By downloading, installing, or using the Hotskill mobile application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. Hotskill is a product of Young Urban Project.
2. Description of Service
Hotskill is an AI skills learning application that provides daily lessons, learning tracks, and progress tracking to help users build practical AI skills. The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers.
3. Account Registration
To use Hotskill, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Hotskill offers a freemium model:
Free tier: Access to the first 5 lessons of each learning track at no cost.
Pro subscription: Full access to all lessons and tracks, available as a monthly or annual subscription.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- Payment is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Play Store account settings
- We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Share, resell, or distribute App content without our written permission
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the App
- Use automated tools to access or scrape content from the App
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
6. Intellectual Property
All content within Hotskill – including lessons, videos, text, graphics, and the App itself – is owned by Young Urban Project and protected by copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.
7. User Content
If you submit any feedback, suggestions, or content to us, you grant Young Urban Project a royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into our products without any obligation to you.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be available at all times or free from errors
- The content will be accurate, complete, or up to date
- Results from using the App will meet your specific expectations
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Young Urban Project shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Use. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
